Founder & President, Rich Williams

Rich Williams has over 20 year’s experience in the professional services industry. Prior to forming Kula Consulting, Rich founded and grew Management Solutions, a $50 million Bay Area executive search firm and job placement agency that specialized in placing exempt-level finance and accounting professionals on the West Coast. That firm merged with a large, international staffing firm in 2001.

Prior to entering the search and staffing industry, Rich Williams spent 15 years in accounting. He began his career at Ernst & Young, earned his CPA and later became Corporate Controller at a high-tech firm. He then held positions as Director of Internal Audit for a publicly traded company and Vice President/CFO for two other firms prior to entering the staffing industry.
