Post-Placement Services
Kula Consulting’s services don’t stop after placing a candidate with your firm. Once a final job offer is accepted, Kula Consulting extends our involvement to assist the newly-hired individual make a smooth transition to his/her new position, including any steps that are necessary to resign from the current job. After this transition, we will keep in touch with you and your new employee to assure the mutual satisfaction of both parties.
If a problem area is discovered during the course of making these contacts, we work with the manager and/or the employee to help resolve any questions or problems.
We routinely gather feedback from placed candidates and their managers as part of our process to evaluate our placement programs. We look at areas including: adequacy of the job analysis; quality of candidates referred; responsiveness of the selection procedures; if additional employee training is required; and other issues that may serve as a basis for future program and process improvements to better serve our clients.
