Consider the following opportunities:

• When you provide us with a contact that we don't already have in our database we do more than say "Thank You". We make a $50 contribution in your name to Kiva, which lends money to specific entrepreneurs in developing countries. The non-profit organization helps people lift themselves out of poverty.
• When you provide us with a referral for a direct-hire position, and the candidate is placed into the position by a Kula recruiter we pay you $1,000. This amount is paid once the hiring company has paid Kula for its consulting services, usually within 60 days.
• If you refer a contract or temporary employee - who is not already registered with Kula - we'll pay you $1,000 after the person completes 200 hours of work.
• When you are already working on a temporary assignment and receive another offer from a company (not a recruiting firm) you can still make money. If you refer Kula to another consultant for that contract position we'll pay you 10 percent on the gross margin for the entire time that consultant is working on that particular assignment.
