Project and interim assignments are paid weekly at an agreed-upon hourly rate. Kula Consulting suggests that a project or interim billing rate use the same remuneration rate as the CPA would earn on at a regular full-time position.
If, after working together, both sides desire to transition into a permanent position, Kula assists in developing, presenting and negotiating an offer that is fair to both sides. Our fee for this conversion service ranges from 10 percent to 25 percent, depending on the length of time on the assignment.
